Is the Juice Enough?

I have been on the juicing tip for a little over 20 years. In the beginning the idea was just to be consistent in my efforts to be as healthy as I could be with fresh juice every day. However, now it is about maximizing the nutritional benefits of each glass. In order to accomplish this goal, it is recommended that some of the pulp from your juicer be blended in with the juice. I always store the excess juice in Mason Jars for moments when I am on the go. This will allow the food and juice particles to maximize what they were intended to do. Give great health!
