Chunky Choco Nut Bar

Chocolate bars come in many different shapes and sizes and can act as an anti-depressant. This is a quick and easy recipe that is sure to satisfy the tastes of the greatest of sweet lovers.  And it is completely free of preservatives and refined sugar.  Enjoy!

3 cups of organic cacao nibs
1 cup of organic raw quinoa
3 cups of organic medjool dates, pitted
1 cup of organic black chia seeds
1 tbsp of organic cinnamon powder
1 tbsp of organic ground ginger
1/2 tbsp of organic ground nutmeg
1/2 cup on Almond Milk

With a fork stir water and medjool dates in a bowl until it creates a paste. Then mix (by hand) all ingredients except Cacao nibs and press into a container or mold to your desired size or shape. In a separate sauce pan, warm almond milk while adding cacao nibs and liquify. Pour the liquid over the mold contents and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Take out of mold and cut into bars.
